1 .Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee of [20 %].
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

2. Late Arrivals

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

• Full charges apply regardless of time missed.

3. Refund & Return Policy

• All services are non-refundable.

• Unopened products may be returned within 7 days with a valid receipt.

• If you’re unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours.

4. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to treatment.

Children and pets are not allowed in treatment areas unless medically necessary or previously approved.

5. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotions must be presented at the time of service and cannot be combined with other offers.

6. Client Conduct

• We maintain a professional and respectful environment.

• Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in permanent refusal of service.

7. Liability

• Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical or skin conditions.

• We are not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed issues.

8. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent.

• We comply with all applicable privacy laws.

9. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms at any time.

• Changes will be posted here and/or communicated via email or spa signage.
